Menu & dietary planning

What is on your menu?

The five-course, daily-changing pescatarian omakase is inspired by Italian and Japanese cuisine and focuses predominantly on seafood and vegetables. It is $150 per person, with an optional beverage pairing at $85 per person. Beer, wine, and sake are available separately. A vegetarian five-course tasting menu is available upon request.

The restaurant does not publish individual dishes or course names.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

The restaurant accommodates dietary restrictions with advance notice. The menu is pescatarian, with a vegetarian tasting menu available upon request. The restaurant cannot accommodate guests at risk of anaphylactic shock or extreme reactions.

What is your corkage fee?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Corkage is not permitted.

Can I bring a cake?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. There is no cake cutting fee.

Reservations & availability

How do I make a reservation?

Parties of 1–4 may reserve through OpenTable up to three months ahead. Parties of 5+ should email info@orsaandwinston.com; replies may take 1–2 business days. Phone reservations are not accepted. A credit card is required to hold a reservation.

I didn’t see the date or time I wanted online. Can you squeeze me in?

Seating is limited and reservations are often booked one to two weeks ahead. If a date or time is not available online, the restaurant is fully committed.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. The restaurant cannot accommodate walk-ins because seating is limited.

Cancellation & payment

What is your cancellation policy?

Please notify the restaurant at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations under 24 hours, no-shows, same-day cancellations, day-of reschedules, and decreases in party size are charged $150 per person. No refunds are provided.

Did I prepay when I entered my credit card information?

No. The card is charged only if the cancellation fee applies. The bill is presented at the meal, and gratuity is not included. The restaurant accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover debit or credit cards. Cash and ApplePay are not accepted.

Is there a service charge?

No service charge is added.

Dining policies

Can I bring wine, outside food, or a cake?

No outside food or beverages are permitted, and corkage is not permitted. There is no cake cutting fee.

Hours & services

When are you open?

Tuesday–Saturday, 5pm–10pm, dinner only. The last seating is at 8pm. The restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday.

Lunch, brunch, takeout, and outdoor seating are not offered. Reservations are required, and walk-ins are not accepted.

Where should I park?

Metered street parking and non-affiliated lots and garages are available on 4th Street and Main Street. These parking facilities are not affiliated with the restaurant.
